Richard has been involved in the Real Estate Industry for over 35 years. He has parlayed his Engineering Degree from Florida State University into a storied career of developing residential and commercial properties. While his primary focus now is smaller in fill residential developments. Richard was involved in developing the Rosedale golf community which boasts a championship golf course and over 800 homes. He has developed 10 retail strip centers as well as multiple office projects in Southwest Florida.
