Steve has been a longstanding associate with Hembree & Associates, completed hundreds of sales and leases in Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte, and Pinellas counties. He has managed and performed Receiverships on several properties including management of the Kilwins/Wyland Gallery Building on St. Armands Circle for over 30 years under 3 different ownerships. Steve has also served on his Condominium Board of Directors for 20 years for a 147 unit complex. He enjoys small construction and home improvement projects, long distance biking, and competing in Pickleball tournaments all over Florida. Steve says, “I have enjoyed working with Hembree and Associates due to the camaraderie and cooperation between the associates and staff and the positive atmosphere surrounding the organization” when reminiscing on his years with the Hembree team.
