Established in 1985, Hembree & Associates, Inc. is guided by the leadership and expertise of Joe R. Hembree. A real estate veteran with over 25 years experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Hembree has handled the development, sale, leasing and management of land, office buildings, shopping centers and income producing properties throughout Southwest Florida.
Founder of Hembree & Associates, Inc., Joe has over 45 years experience in all facets of Commercial Real Estate. He is a past-president of the Sarasota Association of Realtors, Past President Commercial Investment Division of SAR, past Chairman of the Sarasota County Committee for Economic Development, founding member of the Tampa Bay Partnership and Board Member for the National Association of Realtors. He has handled the development, sale, leasing and management of land, office buildings, shopping centers and income producing properties throughout the Southwest Florida area.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Florida and is a former Navy pilot.
Joe is currently Chairman of the Coalition of Business Associations and on the Board of Directors for The Argus Foundation. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Florida Association of Realtors and on the Commercial Alliance Committee.
